Truck is fixed again. I just need to pick up one Nut/bolt set for the drive shaft and then it should be trail worthy again. For now.
Going to see if I can Make it to Mt Lemmon for boarding in the next week. Otherwise plan another trip up north.
Haring a trail on the 6th of Feb, then doing a trail race the next morn. Should be fun.

back from snowboarding,only spent one day on the slopes. Thursday morn we were starting to get snowed in, power went out and the resort closed early so we went home. boo hoo.
Anyways its pretty awsome seeing a snowstorm in Arizona!
Seem to be having a strange noise from the rear hub of my pickup, ill have to work on it this weekend.

Winter storm advisory has been issued for the AZ White MOuntains. Looks like im going up there tuesday afternood for two days for boarding afterall. Should be fun playing in a snow storm. Weather reports claim 8" of new snow and thats just by tomorrow evening! Should be snowing for the next few days.

Great waves are crashing off the San Diego coast. I would love to go play out there....however my friend Doug (has about 20 years of surfing experience and a PHD dissertation on wave modeling) tells me these waves would kill me. Sad. Very sad. On the bright side, another friend wants to go up snowboarding in the white mountains next week.
Went 4wheeling on wed, smashed the side of my head into the windshield, didnt hurt much but there is a huge crack there now. Crud.

im feeling more and more like i live with a very untidy person. I just told him that if he cant clean up the place in the next 5 hours (Ive been asking him to clean up after himself and his friends for weeks), he might as well move out on the 18th instead of paying me for next month.
Yesterday I went 4wheeling, alone. It was fun, but at one point the front end of my car dropped down a foot off a little rock ledge and I managed to smash the side of my head into the windshield and my shoulder into the door. When I got back I picked up a heavy duty tire inflator and a set of auto deflators for the truck. Later I went for a 6 mile trail run with a friend, barely making it back to the car before complete darkness enveloped us.
Today my shoulder and lower back have not been very happy with me, taking a day break from pushups and situps.

got about 18 mi of running this week, a nice departure from 0 miles last week. I seem to have flu like problems, but it could be allergies. Need to find something fun to do today before going to the parents house for dinner.

failed to go out and party last night. came home around 930, got online and ended up chatting with a young woman on okcupid. Met her today for coffee. Had a really pleasant conversation. Im hoping to see her again soon.

Been a long weekend. Snowboarding for two days at sunrise resort, then coming back home and going 4x4 and shooting for a day. Now im tired and ready to relax. Probably going to MMM run tonight. Perhaps stop by the climbing gym as well.

Bought a couple of books yesterday, All the pretty horses by cormack McCarthy and Vineland by Thomas Pynchon. Lets see if these can get me back into reading.
Hoping to go up to phoenix for new years but its seeming far away and unlikely. I need to get out of town, even if its for a day or two.

Going 4 wheeling in the tortolitas on sunday morn. Hashing tonight, should be at least 5 to 6 mi. Ill need to get another 3.5 or 4 mi to get 20 this week. At least im back to about 500 pushups a week. Now if I can get off my lazy ass and do some situps and go to the climbing gym more often.
ANyone doing anything fun this weekend?

A coworker just tried to impress me by telling me he just bought a '95 toyota Supra with 50k mi. wonder if he knows that alot of those were used for street racing and drifting in which case the car could be fucked even with that mileage.
Anyway, been to the climbing gym a bit lately, also managed to get out to some real rock. We climbed a 10a (at least thats what it was rated) at Hairpin. Fun stuff.
My running has been going to the dogs though. Im barely getting over 10 mi a week. Need to find a running partner.

Just placed an order for the Samsung Moment from Sprint. Hopefully the Android 2.0 update is just a month and a half away.
Climbing at the gym this eve, then happy hour at On A Roll Sushi, then a coworkers bday. No Clue after that.
