A coworker just tried to impress me by telling me he just bought a '95 toyota Supra with 50k mi. wonder if he knows that alot of those were used for street racing and drifting in which case the car could be fucked even with that mileage.
Anyway, been to the climbing gym a bit lately, also managed to get out to some real rock. We climbed a 10a (at least thats what it was rated) at Hairpin. Fun stuff.
My running has been going to the dogs though. Im barely getting over 10 mi a week. Need to find a running partner.

Just placed an order for the Samsung Moment from Sprint. Hopefully the Android 2.0 update is just a month and a half away.
Climbing at the gym this eve, then happy hour at On A Roll Sushi, then a coworkers bday. No Clue after that.

Another weekend is gone, I wish I had done more fun stuff. Tonight Im Haring the Full moon hash, I found some Mad Dog 20/20 just so I could fuck with as many people on trail as possible.
Next weekend is Hash de Tucson, should be well over 20 miles over the weekend.

feel like im in a rut, cant bring myself to go running beyond 11-15 mi a week, and cant force myself to climb enough either. Still trying to finish Gravity's Rainbow. My copy is pretty messed up looking now, however it keeps alot of people from asking what the thick book in my hands is.

I think id rather have the Government shoot my money into space then spend it on people it deems "deserving"

partied in rio rico and nogales last weekend. Did some drinking and some running through the pointy desert shiggy. Came back sunday morn, driving through downtown I stopped to chat with a few people I know that were waiting for a race to start. Ended up running the race with one of them although at a slooooooow pace.

a recent exchange
preface: there was a pirate themed hash recently, Autumn showed up to my great dismay. At some point she lost a small red ribbon that she wore around around her neck. She asked me If i could find it. I checked around I could not. so I sent her the following.
"no luck on that ribbon...its gone.
this might be silly to ask but, can that possibly be the ribbon that I wrapped your bday present in a couple of years ago? "
her answer
"yea- silly. sorry thought you knew that. thanks for asking.

I responded
"i didnt think you kept it all this time. Im really surprised. Im kinda pleased to hear that."
I couldnt stop thinking about it so I sent another email

Bar crawl in Nogales this weekend, then run through the hills of Rio Rico for the annual Border Jumper Hash.
Went climbing on Mt Lemmon on sunday, didnt do too well but I think it will help me get out of this slump about climbing that ive been in lately. Plus I got to try out my new La Sportiva Mantis shoes (I should have taken some sand paper to them before I left the house)

Watched the season opener of house, it was really good. Franka Potente was in it who I think is really hot.
Someone had asked me the other night if I had any celebrity crushes, at the time I could only think of Naomi Watts but I think that Franka Potente is just amazing.

20 miles in an hour twenty. little slow but i did climb up swan to sunset. minutes after getting home my new dell mini arrived. pretty cool.

Just purchased a refurbished Dell Mini 10 (the one with the Z520 1.33GHz) for a total of $212. My book for Bio 202 (had I not already owned a book acceptible for the class) would have been almost the same exact amount. I find it silly that you can buy a complex piece of technology for the same amount as a new edition of an anatomy and physiology book.
